This package is designed for couples who want intentional, meaningful coverage without the overwhelm. It includes up to 12hours of photography, a pre-wedding planning call, and a beautifully edited online gallery of high-resolution images, delivered with care and clarity.

I approach every wedding with the heart of a storyteller—capturing the quiet moments, the loud joy, and everything in between. You’re not just getting a photographer; you’re getting someone who sees the day as deeply as you feel it.

1. Do you travel for destination weddings?

“Yes—I’m available for destination weddings and would love to hear your vision. I create custom travel packages for couples who are planning sacred moments away from home.”

2. Do you help with planning our engagement session?

“Every engagement session is planned intentionally. I’ll help guide you on outfits, location, timing, and creative tone so it feels like you—and photographs even better.”

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

At Lee Creative and Ember Room, I value your time—and I ask the same in return.

Cancellations:

All retainers are non-refundable. If you cancel your session entirely, the retainer will be forfeited, and a new retainer will be required to rebook in the future.

Reschedules:

I allow one complimentary reschedule with at least 72 hours’ notice. After that, a rescheduling fee of $50 will apply. Emergencies are handled with understanding, but frequent reschedules may result in termination of the booking.

Weather Policy (for outdoor sessions):

If unsafe or unworkable conditions arise, I’ll work with you to reschedule at no additional cost. I’ll always aim to preserve the look and feel you envisioned.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

All of my sessions include professionally edited, high-resolution digital files delivered through a private online gallery. You’ll receive:

• A curated set of edited images (no RAWs)

• Full-resolution downloads for printing

• Web-sized downloads for social media

• Personal print release

• Access to the gallery for 30–90 days (based on your session type)

You’ll have the freedom to share, print, and preserve your images—because these moments were made to last.

5. Do you have a recommended videographer?

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

While I guide every session with natural direction and creative flow, I also want your session to feel personal and meaningful.

If you have specific poses, inspiration, or moments you’d love captured—I’m all for it.

Feel free to share a few ideas ahead of time, or even bring a Pinterest board. I’ll blend your vision with my style to make sure we create something authentic and intentional.

7. Can we meet before the session?

I offer a complimentary pre-session meeting—either in person, over coffee, or via video call—so we can connect, talk through your vision, go over wardrobe ideas, and make sure everything feels aligned before the shoot.

This time allows us to build trust, discuss any inspiration or must-have shots, and make sure you walk into your session with confidence and peace.

8. How long till I receive the final photos?

I know how exciting it is to see your photos—and I take great care in editing each one with excellence and intention.

• Weddings: 3 to 4 weeks

• Portrait & Studio Sessions: 1 to 2 weeks

• Sneak peeks (if offered): Within 48–72 hours

You’ll receive a private, password-protected online gallery with full-resolution downloads and a personal print release.
